Run of show templates that are already timed

Every template below is a real running order with real durations, not an empty grid with headings. Copy it into a spreadsheet, or open it in PilotCue and run it live with a countdown on the stage screen.

They hold durations rather than clock times on purpose. A template with 09:00 baked into it is wrong for everyone who does not start at nine, and it is wrong for you the moment the day moves.

What a run of show is, and what it is not

An agenda tells your audience roughly what happens when. A run of show tells the crew exactly what happens, in what order, for how long, and who does what at each moment. One is marketing, the other is operational, and confusing them is how a day quietly slips forty minutes.

A usable run of show needs three things a printed agenda cannot give you: the planned length of every item, one version everyone is reading, and a visible clock for the person on stage. The templates here cover the first. PilotCue covers the other two.
